Assignment One: Line & Shape
REFLECTION:
1. Top left: I was fairly close to the flower in order to capture the full detail of the up close image.
2. For all of my photographs, I was facing the camera straight on, or above.
3. My photographs are all horizontal.
4. Yes, I mainly focused on the rule of thirds for the picture of the praying mantis. The bricks are in line, as well as the body of the mantis for the most part.
5. In the top left picture of the flower the viewers eye is lead to the center of the flower. In the bottom left picture, the viewers eye is led down the path of bushes into the background of the photograph.

Assignment Two: Power Lines
REFLECTION:
1. Yes for most of the pictures I payed attention to the rule of thirds when shoooting. I placed the pole itself most likely on one of the lines for the rule of thirds.
2. The fourth picture of power lines leads the viewers eye upwards, towards the top of the pole as it was taken looking up from the bottom.
3.
4. I feel as if my third or fourth picture best satisfies this project. My fourth picture leads the viewers eye, and is better composed. My third picture pays more attention to the rule of thirds, and includes more of the power lines rather than the pole itself.

Assignment Three: Texture & Pattern
REFLECTION:
1. I didn't focus on the object itself, I focused more on the pattern/texture of the object and moved closer to the object to capture it.
2. My fifth image feels the most captivating, because the fence is up close giving us a certain pattern, but the main focus leads beyond the fence to the bleachers with a different pattern.
3. I would shoot my fourth picture over again, because I was too close to the ground and you can't see the "RAIDERS" letters very clearly.
